Official fund-market evidence
Pakistan mutual funds
NAV, repurchase values, loads, reported returns, expenses, and assets under management from dated MUFAP reports. Missing history remains missing, and categories are compared on their own terms.
Category evidence
Compare like with like
The table uses the median of available reported values inside each MUFAP category. It does not rank money market, income, equity, pension, ETF, and dedicated products as one race.

What is covered
The universe follows every product in the latest successful MUFAP directory, including open-end funds, ETFs, voluntary pension sub-funds, dedicated funds, employee-restricted products, and other reported plans. Restricted products carry an eligibility warning instead of disappearing from industry totals.
How prices are used
Portfolio units are valued at the verified repurchase price when MUFAP reports it, otherwise NAV. The validity date stays attached. Funds have no intraday quote, expected-return field, forecast, synthetic score, or automatic tax estimate.
How failures behave
Cloudflare pages, malformed tables, duplicate identities, invalid values, date conflicts, and unexplained universe drops fail closed. A failed run leaves the prior verified observations intact. A missing official history produces no reconstructed chart.
Methodology
Fund identity comes from the stable MUFAP FundID. A normalized fund name and asset manager can be used only when the match is unique. Reports carry their source URL, document hash, parser version, report date, and retrieval date. Observations are appended as immutable evidence, so a corrected report creates a new record instead of rewriting an old one.
NAV and sale-load records, standardized performance, expense ratios, and monthly AUM arrive on different schedules. The page keeps their dates separate. Freshness follows each fund’s official validity date, not the time when the website downloaded the report.
Category comparisons use medians and include only valid reported values. They describe history. They are not forward-return estimates or personal allocation advice. Sahulat Capital does not apply the equity CGT schedule to mutual funds because a reviewed category-specific FBR rule is not yet present.
