Why Sahulat Capital exists
Pakistanis make financial decisions across categories that are usually presented in separate systems. A savings certificate is described by its profit rate, a listed company by its share price, gold by its local dealer quote, and property by an asking value. Those numbers are not directly comparable. They have different risks, cash-flow patterns, taxes, liquidity constraints and exposure to inflation. Sahulat Capital exists to organize those differences so a user can ask a better question: what job must this money do, and what evidence supports the comparison?
The product brings Pakistani asset classes into one research workspace. It is designed for residents and overseas Pakistanis who want to compare assumptions rather than chase an isolated headline return. The authenticated application contains analytical tools; the public research library explains concepts, methods and source limitations. Public editorial content is deliberately separate from the cinematic product landing page.
What the product does
Sahulat Capital organizes source observations, derived calculations, model estimates and editorial explanations. These categories are labeled separately because a published rate is not the same thing as a calculated real return, and neither is the same thing as a forecast. Where practical, the product shows the source date, data status and assumptions behind a calculation.
The shared comparison framework considers nominal return, inflation, applicable deductions, liquidity, volatility, concentration and time horizon. It can help a user structure research, but it cannot determine an appropriate personal allocation. Circumstances such as income stability, debt, dependants, tax status, residency, religious requirements and risk tolerance require individual judgment and, where appropriate, qualified professional advice.
Editorial independence and business model
Sahulat Capital sells software and analytics subscriptions. Issuers do not pay for inclusion, ranking or favorable public coverage. Search demand can influence which questions the editorial team researches first, but it does not determine the conclusion. Commercial relationships, if introduced later, must be disclosed where a reasonable reader would consider them relevant.
The organizational author is Sahulat Capital Research. Each completed financial publication names its reviewer, the scope of review, the primary sources used and the dates those sources were checked. It also explains material risks, the comparison method and the limits of educational research. Work still being researched is not presented as a finished editorial conclusion.
Limits and responsibility
Sahulat Capital is not a broker, asset manager, bank, tax adviser, law firm or Shariah authority. It does not provide personalized recommendations or guarantee outcomes. Markets, laws, profit rates, taxes and product rules change. Users should verify current terms with primary sources and regulated providers before acting.
The team welcomes specific corrections supported by primary evidence. Material corrections are recorded through the corrections process, while ordinary changes in time-sensitive data are handled under the data-freshness policy. This separation helps readers understand whether a prior statement was wrong or simply became outdated after a source changed.
